A travel certificate, serving as travel ID,named to Michael Kostitsch,attaché at the royal Serbian General consulate in Berlin, upon him leaving Germany. The German Emperor Wilhelm 2nd is ordering his subjects to grant Kostitsch free and unobstructed travel and to provide him with protection if necessary. He also asking for foreign military and civil institutions to do the same, in the interest of mutual cooperation. Dated to Berlin on 7 August 1914. Measuring 329mm(w) x 418mm(h),presenting multiple folding creases, light scuffing of the edges ,remains in very fine condition.
