An Owner's Certificate for Previously Dispossessed Property in Latvia.

The owners certificate is named to Zanis Piksis for property he owns in the town of Aiswicken (present day Aizviku,Latvia)and that had previously been dispossessed by the Sovet government. Due to a law institute d by the German occupying forces in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania dispossessed property is to be given back to their former owners. The certificate was commissioned by the GeneralKommissar in Riga,capital of Latvia. Document in fine condition, was previously folded, extremely interesting piece of history.
