The Appointment certificate to Rechnungsrat to Ludwig Peter Binkowski is dated to Berlin on February 1,1909.The certificate is signed in black ink by Emperor Wilhelm Second. Measuring 209mm(w) x 328mm(h),presenting light creasing and two punch holes, remains extremely fine. The Red Eagle Order 4th Class award certificate is named to Postmeister(post master)Ludwig Peter Binkowski in Schroda(present day Sroda Wielkopolska,western Poland). It is dated to Berlin on January 18,1902.Measuring 211mm(w) x 330mm(h),light creasing of the edges, remains better than very fine. The retirement certificate is named to Oberamtsrichter(senior circuit judge)Franz Binkowski. It is dated to Berchtesgaden on January 6, 1941 and carries a facsimile signature of A.Hitler. Measuring 255mm(w) x 355mm(h),some creasing and fraying of the edges,remains fine.
